How it works
Current-time mode rereads the device clock every second and formats that one UTC instant in each IANA zone. Convert mode resolves the typed wall time in the starting zone to the same kind of instant, then formats it identically. Offsets come from each zone's local parts compared with UTC, so daylight-saving rules for that date are included.

- The board is the 15 listed IANA zones; it does not accept arbitrary zone names or a custom city list.
- A nonexistent spring-forward time is rejected in convert mode. Ambiguous fall-back times are not disambiguated, and future results depend on the time-zone data shipped with the current browser or operating system.
