You may use TinyFreeTools for lawful personal and commercial tasks. These tools are provided as convenient utilities, not as professional legal, financial, medical, security, or archival services.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the files and information you process, for having the necessary rights and permissions, and for reviewing results before relying on them. Keep backups of important originals.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, deceive others, bypass access controls, or harm the availability of the site. Do not automate traffic, advertising interactions, or abusive requests.

Billing and refunds

TinyTools+ is an optional subscription that removes ads; every tool remains free without it. Your first TinyTools+ purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: contact us within 14 days and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. A yearly renewal charge can likewise be refunded within 14 days of the charge. Outside those windows payments are non-refundable except where required by law — you can cancel anytime from your billing page and keep TinyTools+ until the end of the period you have paid for.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Browser behavior, formats, precision, and device resources vary. We do not promise that every input will be supported or that a result will be suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panda Learning Labs is not liable for lost files, lost profits, indirect damages, or decisions made from a tool result. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may change or discontinue tools and update these terms. The date above shows the latest published revision.
