How it works
The counter recognizes runs of Unicode letters and numbers as words and keeps an internal apostrophe inside a word. Sentence counts are split at periods, question marks, exclamation marks, or ellipses; paragraphs are separated by blank lines. All figures recalculate whenever the text changes.
