How it works
A new PDF is created, then every source page is copied into it in list order. Reordering a file changes where that file's complete page sequence begins. The output is saved as a newly serialized PDF rather than modifying any source document.

Limits and edge cases
- Each file is limited to 100 MB and a batch to 250 MB; password-protected PDFs must be unlocked before they can be read.
- Page content is copied, but document-level features such as outlines, embedded files, forms, and digital signatures may not survive or remain valid in the rebuilt document.
